ANOTHER LARGE ATTENDANCE. PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION FUNCTION. There was an attendance of about 450 at a dance held in the College Assembly Hall on Saturday night by the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association. Mr V. Ashton proved an efficient M.C. and excellent dance music was played by Mrs Ashton’s Orchestra. Mr R. Brightwell contributed extras. The winners of the Lucky Spot competition were Miss Eastwood and Lieutenant N. Jones. A feature of the dance, which was one of the most enjoyable yet held, was the excellent supper arranged by the ladies’ committee.
