STATE THEATRE
“MARK OF ZORRO.” A drama that is full of thrills and is noted for its clever plot, “Mark of Zorro,” will be the principal presentation at the State 'Theatre tonight. The picture contains all the ingredients necessary to provide entertainment of a special character, and the many clever situations are fully developed, bringing out the essential points clearly to the audience. The acting is of an exceptionally high character, and necessarily must be so in the circumstances. The audience will find its interest held by the many exciting incidents and the masterful manner in which they are presented. Experienced and popular players all, Tyrone Power, Linda Darnell and Basil Rathbone add to their laurels with their finished performances in “The Mark of Zorro.” Action, suspense, comedy and romance are well blended in this 20th Century-Fox film based on a story by Johnston McCulley.
