GREYTOWN
DAIRY SEASON GOOD PROSPECTS AHEAD. (“Times-Age” Special.) Preparations are well under way for the opening of the new dairy season, and it is anticipated that there will be a greater supply of milk to the factories in Greytown, Featherston, and Martinborough districts'than ever before recorded. Substantial additions have been made to many herds and despite the labour difficulties the position is being resolutely faced, every effort being made to produce as much butter as possible as requested by the British authorities. Herd testing is also becoming more, valuable to those progressive farmers who have undertaken it. TOWN HALL “LITTLE FOXES.” A superb version of the great stage success, “Little Foxes,” will be shown tonight with Bette Davis and Herbert Marshall in the chief roles. It is, one of the greatest emotional dramas ever brought to the screen.
