NEW ZEALAND CUP. DATE MAY BE ALTERED. The Canterbury Jockey Club has been granted November 21 and 28 for .its New Zealand Cup and Derby meeting, but it is understood that the club will apply to have the dates altered to November 28 and December 5. MAY GO INTO RECESS. It is reported that owing to difficulties with its course the Levin Racing Club is to consider going into recess for the duration of the war. THE LEADING JOCKEYS.
