MADE BY VICHY TO AXIS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) RUGBY, June 23. Answering a question in the House of Commons, Mr Dingle Foot, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Shipping, said he was unable to obtain confirmation of reports that Vichy had given the Axis a million tons of merchant shipping.
