COMBINED ACTION
* BRITISH AND AMERICAN TROOPS DISCUSSIONS IN LONDON. HIGH-RANKING U.S. OFFICERS PARTICIPATE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, June 25. Many high-ranking United States Army officials have visited London in recent weeks, according to a Washington Press message. They have been conferring with British leaders about combined operations by British troops and the United States troops now in Britain. Major-General D. D. Einshower, who is to command the United States troops in the European theatre, General G. C. Marshall, Lieutenant-General H. H. Arnold and other high officers participated in these talks.
