V TRANSFER OF NORWEGIANS TO GERMANY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 1. Seventy thousand Norwegian workers are shortly to be transferred compulsorily from industries and trades thought unessential by the Germans into the German armament industry and defence works, according to information reaching the Norwegian Government in London.
