BAN ON PUBLICATION IN INDIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) NEW DELHI, April 28. The Government has banned the publication of the Congress Working Committee’s resolution referring to events in Rangoon and the probability of similar events in India. A special issue of the “Gazette” warns printers, publishers and editors against publication.
