ANZAC DAY

ARRANGEMENTS IN MASTERTON. SERVICE ON SATURDAY. Arrangements have been completed for the observance of Anzac Day in Masterton on Saturday, on the lines of past year’s ceremonies. A service will be held at the Soldiers’ Memorial at the Masterton Park, commencing at 10.50 a.m. The Masterton Municipal Band will be in attendance. Members of the Wairarapa R.S.A. will assemble at the Soldiers’ Cluo at 10.20 a.m. and will march to the Park, leaving the club at 10.40 a.m. The address at the Park will be delivered by the Ven. Archdeacon E. J. Rich and the Rev. H. S. Kings will take the lesson. After the service all returned soldiers will be the guests of. the Lady Liverpool Committee at morning tea, which will be served at the Soldiers’ Club. , . In the event of the weather being wet the service will be held in the Municipal Hall.
