MISSING AIRMEN
BODIES RECOVERED. COURT OF INQUIRY BEING HELD. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The bodies of the three members of the R.N.Z.A.F. who were officially reported as missing, believed killed, on Thursday morning, when an aircraft of the R.N.Z.A.F. dived into the sea from a height of approximately 1000 feet, have now been recovered. The occupants were: Flying Officer Patrick Howard McCawe, R.N.Z.A.F. (father. Mr F. J. McCawe, Regent Hotel, Wellington). Pilot Officer Nigfl Bracken Hirst Newton, R.N.Z.A.F. (wife, Mrs A. H. Newton, 204 King Street, Rangiora). Aircraftman First Class Cyril Vincent Williams, R.N.Z.A.F (father, Mr W. W. Williams, 33 The Parade, St. Heliers, Auckland). A court of inquiry is being held.
