ARRESTED IN BRAZIL
SUPPOSED JAPANESE GENERAL. POSING AS FARM LABOURER. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) NEW YORlt, March 31. A Sao Paulo (Brazil) message says Yusci Tonogawa, described by the police as a former Japanese Army general, who has been posing as a farm labourer, has been arrested. The police found war trophies in his possession and said Tonogawa participated in the invasion of China.
