HOLDING UP LAND FIGHTING IN LIBYA AIR RAIDS ON ENEMY SHIPS & BASES.' FOUR VESSELS CRIPPLED. LONDON, March 31. Bad weather conditions have again held up land fighting in Libya, but our planes continue to make extensive raids on enemy shipping, landing grounds and camps. An attack on enemy shipping off Benghazi crippled four ships, each of about 3000 tons. Persistent attacks have been made during the last fortnight on the Martuba aerodrome, the enemy’s main advanced fighter base in Cyrenaica.
