Mr Azad, addressing Congress workers, said: “India’s testing time has come, so I hope you won’t be found wanting. I shall not shirk ' responsibility, but will defend the Motherland by fighting foreign aggression. I will be the first to face the enemy’s bullet rather than submit.”
