PILOT KILLED
ON TRAINING FLIGHT. CRASH NEAR OHURA. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. An airman pilot under training was killed on Saturday when his aircraft crashed near Ohura. He was Leading Aircraftman Ronald Frederick Charles Jones, R.N.Z.A.F. His next-of-kin is his mother, Mrs E. F. Jones, 68 Lombard Street, Palmerston North. The airman was engaged in solo flying practice when the crash occurred. A court of inquiry will be held.
