EXTENSION OF Y.M.C.A. SERVICE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.35 p.m.) GENEVA, February 26. Japan has given permission to the World Committee of the Y.M.C.A. to extend its war prisoners aid service to prisoners of war and civilian internees in Japanese hands, thus enabling Y.M.C.A. secretaries who are neutral immediately to visit prisoners’ camps in Japan.
