PETROL FOR E.P.S.
ALLOCATION FOR FEBRUARY. Vehicle owners whose cars have been earmarked for use with the E.P.S. in the event of an emergency, and who have no other source of supply can now receive one gallon of petrol for February. This petrol must be obtained before tomorrow and arrangements have been made for this to be done on application by the owners concerned. The point is stressed that this petrol will not be available after tomorrow.
