BOWLING CLUB SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP. ("Times-Age” Special.) In the Featherston Bowling Chib's singles championship H. Bloxam beat H. McNamara. Personal. Mrs C. J. Ashton, Lower Hutt, who had been visiting friends in Featherston, returned home today. Patriotic Euchre Tourney. In the patriotic euchre tournament held last night Mrs R. Watson was first and Mr Peter Habib second. The lucky number competition was won by Mrs Rasmussen, and the lucky envelope by Mrs R. Holland. COSY THEATRE TONIGHT’S PROGRAMME. _ Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier are co-starred in “Lady Hamilton,” the most brilliant film of the year, which will be shown tonight. (Recommended by the Censor for Adults).
