DONE BY ENEMY BOMBS IN ENGLAND. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, February 8. “During the night an enemy plane dropped bombs at a point in south-west England,” states a communique. “Slight damage was caused, but there were no casualties.”
