WAR TIME
ESTABLISHED IN UNITED STATES. CLOCKS PUT ON ONE HOUR. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, February 7. The time throughout the nation will be advanced one hour at 2 a.m. on February 9, according to the new Federal law inaugurating “war time” for the duration of the conflict. Eastern Standard time will in future be known as Eastern War Time.
