SHIPMENTS FROM CANADA TO BRITAIN. ‘ OTTAWA, February 5. Canada’s new heavy tank is already being shipped to the Canadian troops in Britain. It is described by MajorGeneral McNaughton as the best giant tank yet built. The details of construction cannot be disclosed, but Major-General McNaughton said it was big enough to deal with Germany’s largest and combined the needs for heavy armour with great gun power and speed.
