PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) 4 Miss Judy Collins, a member of the Kahutara Red Cross sub-centre, is at present in the Masterton Hospital, where she is completing her sixty hours’ training. Among the list of passes in the recent midwifery examinations is the name of Miss Pat Edwards, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs C. W. Edwards, Hayward Street. Miss . Edwards received her general training at (he Wellington public hospital and her maternity training at the Rotorua public hospital. Mrs J. A. Juno, of Pihautea, who has been in hospital for the past five months, has been discharged as an out-patient. She is recuperating at Silverstream. Mrs J. C. Varnham is a visitor to Havelock North. Mr and Mrs K. El. McLellan, who have been staying with Mrs McLellan’s mother, Mrs M. Charles, left yesterday for their home in Thames. Mr McLellan, who was headmaster of the Thames North school, has received notice of his transfer to. a native school in the Rotorua district, where he will take over his duties when the schools resume. COSY THEATRE TONIGHT'S PROGRAMME. The ace comedy success of the year.. “Old Bill and Son,” will be shown tonight. Moreland Graham, John Mills and Rene Ray take the leading roles.
