UNDERTAKING BY JAPAN. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) OTTAWA, January 20.
The Government has received official information from Tokio that Japan, though not a party to the International Convention regarding prisoners, has agreed to treat Canadian prisoners according to this convention.
