CHURCH SERVICES

The services of the Associated Churches (Baptist-Church of Christ) will be held as usual tomorrow in the Y.M.C.A. Hall, Church Street. The preacher will be Student-Pastor A. R. .Jamieson. The services in the Lansdowne Church tomorrow will be taken by the Rev. D. McNeur. The Mastertoil Girl Guides and Brownies will parade at the service at 11 a.m.

At the Methodist Church tomorrow the morning service will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings. The subject will be “God’s Unconscious Instruments.” Mr C. R. Goudge will conduct the evening service. At Kuripuni the Sunday School will hold its anniversary services, which will be conducted by the Rev. G. Knowles-Smith and the Rev. H. S. Kings. Advent Sunday celebrations of the Holy Communion will be held at St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Archdeacon Rich will conduct the services in the morning, and at 7 p.m, the precaher will be the Right Reverend Bishop Bennett. The evening service at Kuripuni will be conducted by Mr N. W. Ninnes. Services will be conducted at the Masterton Presbyterian Church tomorrow by the Rt. Rev. John Davie. The Sunday School promotion service will be held in the McGregor Hall in the afternoon.
