GERMAN SHIP
UNITED STATES OBTAINS TITLE. VESSEL ABANDONED BEFORE SEIZURE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) SAN JUAN, November 18. A libel order signed by the Federal District Court today gave the United States Government a title to the captured German ship Odenwald. The liSfel was for salvage and not forfeiture, as the vessel was abandoned when seized.
