Weather becoming fair to fine. Some frosts tonight. Milder tomorrow. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Fair to fine. LOCAL REPORTS. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 4 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. on Saturday, 35 points during a similar period ended yesterday morning, and 2 points this morning.
