EXPLANATION SOUGHT
ARREST OF BRITISH SUBJECTS ' ON THE RIVIERA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) VICHY, November 4. The American Embassy, on behalf of Britain, has asked for an explanation regarding the arrest of British subjects on the Riviera. Mr John Amery, son of the Secretary for India, is among those arrested.
