Foss has returned from a brief visit to Christchurch. Miss Nancy Corlet left this week to take up a- position in Wellington. Miss Beryl Scadden, who recently underwent an operation, is making good progress towards recovery. Mr and Mrs Key and Mr and Mrs Pullan, of Lower Hutt, are the guests of Mrs R. C. Elbe, Pahautea. Mr and Mrs McCarthy, Wellington, are staying with Mr and Mrs Corlet for a few! days.
