BRITISH AIR OFFENSIVE NIGHT BOMBING OF WESTERN GERMANY. SHIPS & PORTS ATTACKED. LONDON, October 17. Duisberg and other industrial towns were the principal targets attacked last night by the R.A.F. I in operations over Western Germany, The docks at Dunkirk, Ostend and Calais were also attacked, besides an enemy supply ship off the Frisian Islands. From these operations and from an attack on shipping off the Norwegian coast four planes are missing.
