Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today: Barograph, 30.22; shade temperature, maximum 61; minimum 35.4, terrestrial 27.6; sunshine, 5 hours 42 minutes; rain, 8 points; frost. 2.8 degrees.
