LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY

“THE LATE CHRISTOPHER BEAN.”

The Little Theatre Society’s next production, “The Late Christopher Bean,” is set down for Saturday and Monday, October 18 and 20. It is a French comedy with an English setting. The parts are taken by wellknown amateurs whose work is well and- favourably known to Masterton audiences. The situations will keep the audience laughing throughout. One of the daughters is in love with a painter —a house painter. The house painter owns his own business but he has ambitions to become an artist —a painter in oils—and his prospective mother-in-law cannot make up her mind whether he should choose safety or fame. The daughter makes up her mind without her mother’s help. In true line with modern life father’s opinion is not sought.
