HOSPITAL STAFF

ENJOYABLE DANCE HELD ON SATURDAY NIGHT. The dance held in the Masonic Hall, Masterton, on Saturday night, by the Masterton Hospital Indoor Staff proved a successful and enjoyable function. There was a large attendance. The music was supplied by Jack Barnes’s orchestra and extras were played by Miss V. Irwin, Carterton. Under the able direction of the M.C., Mr Ben Seddon, proceedings went with a swing. Supper was served by an energetic committee. , A, brief period of prayer was observed at 9 o’clock. The proceeds of the dance will be used to purchase parcels for members of the staff on active service.
