SUNK BY BRITISH PLANE. ACCORDING TO VICHY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) VICHY, September 24. A British plane on September 20 bombed and sank the French cargo ship Moncelet in the Gulf of Gabes. The crew were saved.
