MOBILISATION OF FORCES (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) MANILA, September 23. Ten divisions of Philippine reservists, totalling 125,000 men, will be mobilised for active duty under General MacArthur, United States commander in the Far East, within three months. In addition, substantial American units are stationed throughout the islands.
