OCCUPATION OF AIR BASES (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BUENOS AIRES, September 24. President Castillo announced that military measures have been taken in several parts of Argentina to assure tranquility and calm in the country. The measures include the military occupation of the avaiation school at Cordoba, the air base at Panama, and the air base at El Palmoar, near Buenos Aires.
