BUILDING SOCIETY
WORKERS’ MUTUAL BENEFIT. MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS. A general meeting of the shareholders of the No. 2 Workers’ Mutual Benefit Building Society was held last evening for the'purpose of allocating moneys by sale and tender. Mr J. Kerslake was nominated to draw the ballots. A double ballot was held in the No. 2 Society, the successful shareholdersbeing Mr E. G. Frost, of Masterton, and Mr F. S. Cooper, of Wellington, each being declared entitled to an advance of £4OO free of interest.
A tender of £271 was received for £BOO offered for sale by tender in the “B” Group.
