COURAGE NOT ENOUGH
“Courage is not enough,” said Mr R. A. Carey, M.P., speaking in the House of Commons. “Courage only remains the supreme virtue if it is coupled with intellect and truth. Statesmanship is the foundation of generalship. The statesman, the soldier and the people can only work in harmony together if the functions and duties of each are understood by all.”
