The Moscow radio said that the German authorities are discussing a plan for removing the Government from Berlin to southern Germany. The principal Ministers are said to have already left Berlin, and they only return to the capital for important conferences.

It is reported that a general evacuation of the Government is planned for the autumn, when the British and Russian air raids are expected to assume dangerous proportions.
