BY LEAGUE OF MOTHERS.

PRESENTATION TO MRS COLEMAN

At the annual meeting of the Masterton League of Mothers on Wednesday afternoon, Mrs E. J. Coleman, who has left Masterton to reside in Greytown, was the guest of honour. The president, Mrs L. Maun sell, asked Mrs Coleman to accept a beautiful painting as a token of the League’s gratitude and esteem. Mrs Maunsell said that Mrs Coleman had been a foundation member, and the League’s pianist for twelve years. On rising to reply, the guest of honour was accorded musical honours.

In thanking Mrs Maunsell and the members of the League, Mrs Coleman said that her connection with the League had. been an inspiration, and that its ideals had been of the utmost help to her in her daily life.
