LIBERAL RETURNED UNOPPOSED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.15 a.m.) RUGBY, August 18. Lieutenant G. C. Grey (Liberal) has been returned unopposed in the byelection at Berwick-on-Tweed, caused by the elevation to- the peerage of Sir Hugh Seely, the Air Under-Secretary.
