GRAIN AND PRODUCE
CANTERBURY MARKETS LITTLE BUSINESS REPORTED. FEW POTATO TRANSACTIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 15. The week has been exceptionally quiet in the grain and produce markets locally and there have been no price movements. Potatoes continue exceedingly dull and very few transactions have been completed this week. The small seeds market remains inactive and will probably show no movement till the spring demand, which is usually limited, sets in in a few weeks.
