JULY RAINFALL

OVER FIVE AND A HALF INCHES. (“Times-Age” Special.) Mr F. Cotter, Te Wharau, reports that 5.55 inches of rain were recorded in July, as compared with 7.75 inches in July of last year. Last month rain fell on 19 days. For the seven months of this year a total of 30.14 inches has been recorded, as compared with 29.35 inches for the corresponding period of last year.
