Following on a sharp protest from Berlin, the Congressional Committee investigating anti-Argenline activities has decided to surrender a portable radio transmitter, weighing 5001bs„ consigned to the German Embassy, ana other confiscated property, including documents in code, photographs, motion films and other propaganda elements. The Germans complained of a violation of diplomatic immunity and a breach of international law.
