OIL SALES CEASE
FURTHER RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSPORT.

The Standard Oil Company has ceased selling oil throughout Japan.as a result of the Japanese freezing order, foreshadowing an immediate curtailment of transport, which is already restricted.
