RETURNING HOME LANCE CORPORAL WRAY McLACHLAN. (“Times-Age” Special.) Cable advice has been, received by Mr and Mrs Norman H. McLachlan, “Pinegrove,” Rangitumau, that their , son, Lance Corporal Wray McLachlan, is to be invalided home from the Middle East. Lance Corporal McLachlan left New Zealand as a member' of the First Echelon. Shortly after his arrival in the Middle East he became ill and was sent to hospital where he was an inmate zfor many months. Lance Corporal McLachlan, who is well known throughout the district, was attached to the Agricultural Division of the State Advances Corporation in Taumarunui, prior to his enlistment 'for overseas service.
