EXPULSION OF CHARGE D’AFFAIRES. SHARP PROTEST MADE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 22. The German Government has demanded that the Bolivian Charge d’Affaircs leave Germany within three days and has also protested sharply to Bolivia against the expulsion of the German Minister. Bolivian diplomatic and consular staffs have arrived in Lisbon from the Axis countries after the closing of Legations and Consulates. A hundred came from Germany and eighty from Italy.
