RED CROSS SOCIETY HYGIENE AND SANITATION EXAMINATIONS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The members of the Pahautea-Ka-hutara branch of the Red Cross Society have been examined in hygiene and sanitation, under supervision of Mr Pottinger. United- Service. \ At the second of the monthly citizens’ wartime united services in the Anzac Hall on Sunday evening, the preacher will be the Rev D. McNeur, of Masterton. Personal. Mr and Mrs Hector, Pahautea, have left for a visit to the South Island. Mrs M. Lenihan, Pahautea, has received cabled advice from England. of the death of her mother. Miss Ida Frew is away on a holiday which will be spent at Palmerston North and Eketahuna.
