CHURCH SERVICES
The services at Knox Presbyterian Church, Masterton, and at Kaituna tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. John Davie. There will be short community sing before the evening service at Knox Church. The services at the Salvation Army Citadel tomorrow will be conducted by Major and Mrs Ransom. The services tomororw, at 11 a.m., at the Masterton Baptist Fellowship, will be conducted by Mrs Major Dick, of the Whatman Home. The Sunday School and Bible Class will meet at 10 a.m., and children not attending any other Sunday school are invited to be present.
The Holy Communion will be celebrated tomorrow at 8 a.m. at both St Matthew’s Church, Masterton, and at Kuripuni. Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher at St Matthew’s Church at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and at Brancepeth at 3 p.m. The Rev H. Taepa will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni and the Rev V. W. Joblin that at Upper Plain.
The Rev. David McNeur will conduct services tomorrow at the Lansdowne Presbyterian Church, at Mauriceville, and at Eketahuna. The morning service at the Methodist Church will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings. The subject will be “From Indignant Unbelief to Exultant Faith.” The evening service will be conducted by Mr G. Masters, who will be accompanied by the Knox Quartette Party. There will be an afternoon service at Rangitumau. Rev. Kings will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni. The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be observed at Kuripuni.
