TRADE WITH RUSSIA
URGED BY FEDERAL MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) "(Received This Day, 9.10 a.m.) ' SYDNEY, This Day. The possibility of doing trade with Russia was discussed by the Federal Attorney-General, Mr W. M. Hughes. “Australia,” he said, “should not be concerned with the political beliefs of nations which were prospective customers. The Soviet Union was at deadly grips with the common enemy of Britain and the Empire and needed all the help the Empire could give. Australia, in turn, should sell where she could.”
