PROTEST TO INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS. (Received This Day, Noon.) LONDON, July 7. The Russian Red Cross has protested to the International Red Cross at Geneva against German bombing of hospitals on June 22 and 28. Hospitals at Grodno, Minsk and Smolensk, also a hospital train at Lwow were destroyed, despite the Red Cross being clearly visible, and casualties were inflicted on stall' and patients.
