Miss D. Carter, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs A. A. Vaughan, Pahiatua. Mr and Mrs G. Birchall, Woodville, have left to take up their residence in Carterton. 4 Miss G. Yeoman has returned to Pongaroa after having spent a holiday at Rai Valley, Marlborough. The marriage took place at Palmerston. North last week of Miss Mildred Florence Herrick, youngest daughter of Mrs Herrick, of Palmerston North, and the late Mr L. Herrick, Carterton, and Mr Ivan Victor Davey, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Davey, Kairanga.
